Open Water Diver

Becoming an  Open Water Diver is the best way to start your scuba adventure and get worldwide recognition!

With personalized training and taking enough time, we make sure you are truly comfortable under water with the skills and equipment you will use. In general, an Open Water Diver course consists of 3 parts: Academics, Pool Training and Open Water Sessions.

This course includes both the online academic course and all the In Store class and Pool sessions.

SCUBA diving is a physical activity. Therefore, in order to participate in any class, you must maintain a reasonable level of health and fitness. You will be required to complete a medical questionnaire prior to any in-water training. Some medical conditions are incompatible with diving but most simply require consultation with a medical professional

It is highly recommended that purchase their own scuba quality Mask, Snorkel and Fins. Fit is extremely important and having your own gear makes the learning experience more enjoyable and safer. We have a good selection in store and will match any legitimate competitor on the same items.

If you do not want to have your own basic gear we can provide rentals for you.
