The objective of this combined course is to train candidates in the proper techniques, handling, equipment requirements and hazards involved in preparation and blending of EANx and Trimix mixes.
Candidates are trained in the proper procedures needed for the preparation and blending of high quality nitrox and trimix gases for use in technical diving. It combines the Nitrox Blender course and the Trimix blender course.
This course is available as TDI (Advanced Gas Blender) or SSI (XR Gas Blender).
Prerequisites :
- 18 years old
- Open Water and Nitrox Diver
Course Duration : 2 days
Certifications / Options :
Upon successful completion of this course candidates will be able to prepare high quality scuba gases.
- Blending of all EANx and Trimix mixes, using partial pressure blending methods and have knowledge of continuous flow systems.
